Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows sufficient time to offer the appointment to another client. * A valid card is required on file to secure all appointments. * A non-refundable deposit will be required at the time of booking and will be applied toward your service total on the day of your appointment. Late Cancellations & No-Shows * Cancellations or reschedules not made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in a 30% cancellation fee, charged to the card on file and forfeiture of the deposit. * No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost. * Clients arriving 15 minutes or more late may have their service shortened or canceled, and the full service fee may still apply. Emergency & Same-Day Grace Exception We understand that emergencies happen. In the event of a true emergency (such as sudden illness or family emergency), please contact us as soon as possible. One same-day grace exception may be granted at our discretion, provided communication is made prior to the appointment time. Repeated same-day cancellations will result in the policy being enforced. By booking an appointment, you authorize us to charge the card on file if necessary and acknowledge acceptance of this policy.
